Had a disk come to me damaged. Never went to the trouble before but went to the website and reported it. I got a replacement one before they had even received back the damaged one. Thought that was a huge plus for Netflix.

Disney feuds with Redbox and Netflix over 'John Carter' DVD Had it in my queue on Netflix last week but it didn't ship, it immediately went to "very long wait" and Redbox sent me an email last week saying it'd be available today but a search turns up nada. I'll just wait. |

Yeah, Disney has always held back to some degree. It does surprise me how quick most movies are making it to DVD. Actually got the DVD and watched it recently. Guess I'm a sucker for hero movies of any genre.

It's still too soon for me to buy it...I've been picking up on some good used disc deals lately but it can take a while for new ones to show up.

Yeah, when they first come out they can be pricey, but we reserve the newer ones before they come out and get them at a significant discount at a store near us.
