   Lots in the news about this but this article has a lot of good detail on the history of Groupon and the SEC.

Groupon and SEC already have long, contentious history
I'm wondering if Groupon is the next Webvan.
Speaking of Webvan I'm stretching my memory to recall if that's who we tried once when we lived in Seattle. 
A very, very expensive option, just not practical for everyday stuff available at a store.

	Webvan - Last resort for very affluent, non mobil, antisocial lumps that have no friends, can't get out or drive and are hungry.
