Lota snow...and that's no snow job...

   No captions...pretty self-explanatory except for:

a. Some pics were taken yesterday...some after the last sleet/ice storm...and some before that. You can kinda tell which were which by the amount of snow built up...like on the chair.

b.  Not all the pics are of snow...but he's so doggone cute....

	Just wow! Looks like what I think Alaska is like! Sure enough, a broken pipe in Austin (the usual one, this is the third time) and since I didn't catch it early it flooded the garage. New drywall and paint on the cinderblocks when it dries out.

	We've got a contract with a close date of 3/31 but it ain't gonna happen. It's not contingent but they haven't sold their house and these days it's a 60 day close so it's gonna fall through again.

	Love the pic with the dog in front of the house. I guess the loud neighbors are easier to tolerate with the weather you're having.

	It's a lot quieter. Almost 32 today...but I see the forecast said "enjoy it while you can"...meaning just for today. Back into highs in the teens for a while.
