Yep, me and my solid rock.... I've giving up doing anything in the "dirt". For this falls herb and lettuce garden I went out and got a bunch of pots. |

Problem with something that deep is that I don't have enough dirt laying around to fill it up and I've already bought enough dirt this year. "Cheap as dirt" isn't. |

Yep...this is an old thread. Guess ants are an old problem in your area. These don't sound like much fun either...except apparently they kill off their cousins...the fire ants:

No Crazy ants here yet and I don't want to see 'em. Fire ants and electronic glitches are bad enough. (Into AC relays and glitch the solenoid.
