Maybe a repeat but... You answered 30 out of 33 correctly — 90.91 2 missed were stupid misreadings on my part, 1 I missed because I guessed (grin). |

I'd argue No.33. Seems like more than one possible correct answer. (Taxes and government spending question.)
You answered 31 out of 33 correctly — 93.94 % I'm Quite a number of guesses. Some stuff just didn't ring a bell at all. |

Bah! 29 of 33. Too groggy after falling asleep in front of the TV to figure out why. Fun quiz though.

LOL! What a hoot! I missed this one:
33) If taxes equal government spending, then: A. government debt is zero B. printing money no longer causes inflation C. government is not helping anybody D. tax per person equals government spending per person E. tax loopholes and special-interest spending are absent |

I missed that one, too. I figured it was because it's been so long since that happened that it's all theory anyway. I selected A which, for the following reason, isn't correct either. Nor is D correct since it doesn't include spending of proceeds from bonds and other funds obtained from other loans taken out in our name. |

Missed that one also. Trick question IMO. "Taxes" implied (to me) income...any income. So if the government spent as much as it took in (no more, no less) than everything would be zero.
Personally I think that is a closer answer than D. The correct answer should be C. |

For me "If taxes equal government spending, then tax per person equals government spending per person" is just a math word problem, though I can understand how philosophical issues might overshadow this, depending on your perspective.
