Comin' atcha from 10.

Way cool, it's showing my typos as I type with a small red underline!

May have to play some more.  I've had 10 beta installed for a while, though not used all that much.

Cool!  I had not found that yet.  (Switching between forum posts in FF and Opera 10)

I'm liking it.  It's responding well in all the areas I've played with - email, RSS feeds, and page loading, speed dial.  (Still the best feed reader out there, IMHO)

Indeed. Very quick as well.

I did notice something different but not just with 10, I only noticed this a couple of days ago.

The title bar text is preceded by "1676:970".

I'm sure I would have noticed that in the past, do you see that?

I don't see it.  At the very top with speed dial open I see "Speed Dial - Opera"

Weird. I swear it just showed up a couple of days ago.

Those numbers were the page size via the setting "show web dimensions in title bar" in preferences/advanced/browsing. I must have turned it on by accident when I was trying to restore the elevator bar the other day (don't ask....I have no idea how I turned it off).

Ah, think I've found it, there is a check box in options that allows you to have the web page dimensions in the title bar.

LOL!  not sure how we cross posted, but at least you got it fixed.  That would have driven me nuts, and why do they even have that feature.

I guess if you're building a web page it would be helpful (??).

I always do dynamic pages so it's a little lost on me...

Yeah, I'm a little puzzled at not building a dynamic web page.  Made that mistake at work one time, it was a mess due to people having such a wide range of screen resolutions and desired text sizes on their web browser.

Go figure...

Other stuff (I don't read release notes...) that I like is the restore closed tabs. Very handy.

Might not be new but I did notice that you can customize the speed dial page with a background (I know, simple stuff that I won't use, but a nice touch).

Wonderful touch up to speed dial.  It is now sporting a brand new background and 7 more blocks to drop web pages.  Love it!  Thanks Don.

They also fixed a bug that was thrown in on the previous version, when you open up speed dial, you can now center-click one that you want and have it load while you're left-clicking on one to load on the tab you're in/on.  Before you had to open a new tab and click on each one separately.  (Sorry if that does not make sense, just dragging a bit this morning.)

Release notes? Release notes?

We don't need no stinkin' release notes.

It is a nice update.

I'm even more lazy, I just reopen the same old protected tabs every day.
