Yes, yet another registry fixer and frankly when I looked at Registry Medic in
the past it didn't really stand out. However that's all changed with the latest
version.
The new version has a completely new registry scan engine that's much better and
not only will Registry Medic fix and clean your registry of invalid data but it
can be set to run regular automatic scans so you don't have to (and with me that
means it actually gets done rather than me having to remember to do it.).
In addition the new version adds:
Make repairs to Internet Explorer functions
Choose from three available levels of registry scans
Customize your own registry scan
Manage right mouse button function
Search your registry files
Set speeds for system functions such as system shutdown
I really appreciate the repair IE functions, a feature I've sorely missed in
later versions of Windows/Internet Explorer. Time was you could repair Internet
Explorer from the add/remove control
panel but no longer. Registry Medic gives me that feature back. Nice.
